We were so pleased with the whole evening. The setup of the tables, the cocktails beautifully arranged on the porch, the plated salads (crisp, crunchy and colorful) and the dinner laid out on the tasting counter. The guests loved the change from just a buffet on a table. Moving from the porch to the dining area and then into the tasting room kept everyone experiencing another part of Macari [Vinyards]. The martini cake bar, with the colored lights blinking in the darkened room, was the final wow moment. Outstanding. And then the food. The cheeses were sometimes tentatively tasted, but then raved over. Especially the cranberry one. The flower hotdogs were such a yummy surprise. The shooters were delicious, but maybe needed a spoon or different chip as the scooper. The fish was so rich and tasty and the beef was outstanding. You were right about the cheesybread / it was devoured!

Myra, the staff were so professional, kind, helpful and interacted cheerfully with the guests. Someone, not sure which guy it was, greeted the guests. Very gracious touch. The timing of service was perfect. Packing up the leftovers and stacking them into our car was such a fine touch.

Jim and I were able to thoroughly enjoy our event. 24 hours later, our guests were still raving about the food and service. We will gladly recommend Elegant Eating.

One word, WOW! Our daughter's Breakfast at Tiffany's Bridal Shower was everything we hoped and you said it would be. She was thrilled and the guests were all amazed. The food selection and presentation were beyond compare.The Tiffany Box cake, both beautiful and delicious! Every one was asking which caterer we used. Our servers Joann W. Felicia D. and Angela B. were top notch. I didn't or couldn't lift a finger. They were so professional and personable.

I’m sorry for the delay in sending you this note but between the wedding weekend and returning home, it’s been a little hectic. We wanted to express how happy we were with the catering services that your company provided for our Rehearsal dinner. It was a wonderful and memorable evening (despite the rain!); the food was beautifully displayed and delicious, the set up was so lovely and the staff members were great to work with. The evening went so smoothly. I greatly appreciated not having to worry about a thing!

Thank you for your patience in the planning process. We know we could not have selected a better caterer to use for this special occasion.

Myra was the best! She helped me put together an elegant condolence kosher basket that she personally,custom made with fresh cakes, and snacks. On top of that she had it done within hours, delivered forty five minutes away and the fee was unbelievably reasonable! Love this place!

I just wanted to thank you so much for helping to make my daughter's 1st birthday party a success. You were a complete pleasure to work with prior to the party. The food was delicious. I can't even compliment just one item specifically, it was all amazing (though the fruit cups were a huge hit, and I got repeated compliments on the vegetable strudel, as well as the Thanksgiving sandwich). And the wait staff went above and beyond in making sure I was completely stress-free when it came to the catering. Leftover food was wrapped in my refrigerator, dishes done, garbage taken out; they even broke down the tables and chairs - which I was not expecting - they were from another vendor! Aside from making my life 100x easier that day in that aspect, I know they went above and beyond to make sure my guests ate, and got whatever they needed. Unfortunately, the day was over in a blink for me, and I cannot remember the ladies' names - but truly, they were amazing. I got so many compliments and could not have been happier, with everything. Thank you again.
