Organize a Private Cooking Class / Special Event

Let Elegant Eating host your next get together: Prime dates are still available.

Any sort of group - friends, anniversary parties, supper clubs, co-workers, teams, Star Trek groupies who like terrestrial food, whatever group you want to put together – you can cook and eat a gourmet meal together. Whether or not you arrive dressed as an Imperial Leader from another galaxy - that’s up to you.

Also your choice? The menu.

In our hands-on cooking classes, your team will be divided into smaller groups - and each will work on a part of your pre-selected menu. After cooking together, everyone will sit and enjoy the meal and hash out what they have learned or socialize - depending on your preference. Discussions are always great over a good meal.

Events are held in our large, fully equipped professional kitchen - you decide the timing and duration, theme, menu, chef/instructor and any extras. (Size of group: minimum of 14). Generally the cost of a hands-on cooking class is as follows:

• Sunday - Friday: $78 per person plus gratuity (based on min. of 14 people - max. 22 people).

• Saturday Night: $85 per person plus gratuity (based on min. of 14 people - max. 22 people).

Evening private cooking classes / special events are available every night of the week, depending on availability.  Morning or afternoon private cooking classes / special events are available on Sunday and Monday only.

Suggested class size is 14 to 20 people.  Everyone is involved, yet there is time to move around and see what each group is doing.

Baby Shower Luncheon
Suggested class size 20 to 35 guests.
$50 - $65 per person, includes gratuity for the staff
 
A comfortable amount of time is provided for gift opening and socializing.

• Vegetable Streudel in Puff Pastry Crust

• Roasted and Brined Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

• Orange and Fennel Salad with Creamy White Balsamic Dressing

• Pearl Cous Cous Salad

• (Guests will have a hands-on component - making the tarts and dipping the berries)
