All 8 of us had an amazing time! Every single item
we helped make and got to enjoy afterward was
amazing! We will definitely be back!! Can't tell you
what a wonderful job you all did! I felt like I was
in the kitchen with Julia Child! Thank you, thank
you and I will use the apron often!

with all of you. You never cease to amaze us with
your warm caring personalities!!
First of all the Food Network chefs have nothing
over you and your staff. We feel like we learned so
much and had such fun recreating your delicious
dishes.
We finished up the remainder of our goodies a little
while ago. We are so excited about trying the new
recipes for friends and family! I know when people
see how much fun we had and how you make cooking
look so easy your phone will be ringing like crazy!

Hi Neil,
I just wanted to thank you and your staff for a most
enjoyable evening. My daughter and I came to your
class May 12th - Steak and Cake. I'm sure you'll
remember us. First of all, it was a gift from my
daughter to me for my birthday and Mothers Day. And

Dear Myra and Neil,
What a hit! Every person has emailed me and repeatedly said
they loved the evening, were wowed by the recipes, and want
to do it again.
When is the new schedule going to be out? I thought that we
might want to schedule an Italian night as several talked
about the Tuscan class or an Italian dinner party. I'll
check the schedule and see what we might want to reschedule
for this group again.
Now that they emailed me back, ... all the other people that
couldn't make it that night are now upset that they couldn't
attend. They want to know when this will happen again. I
am hoping that several of the younger girls will start to
ask their friends to do this as well.

I loved our Date Night (cooking class) with you last week. Many
thanks for the great time and great information.
l have since made the salmon dish and it was terrific! I
improvised with the lemon cream/sauce and it was fine, but if
you get a chance, please send me the ingredients in proper
proportions for the cream. Thanks.
Also, I confess, I HATE fish. I NEVER eat it. I think it is a
combination of the smell and the bones and coming from the
Midwest where fresh fish was not so common. I did not choose to
work with the salmon group because I did not want to touch the
salmon or smell it. When it was served to me, I was a bit
embarrassed and decided to sample it and then pass it on to my
Neal or else just leave it. Well, I loved it! And, no smell! So
I have made it this past week and tonight I made another salmon
dish with a puff pastry (I need to sharpen my skills with that
recipe before I share it, but it was better than just edible!).
So, thanks for turning me on to salmon!
Also, thanks for the vegan cookbook. Lots of recipes in it look
good to me, I want to try a few and possibly purchase a copy.
