My wife threw me a surprise 60th birthday party last month and the comments still roll in about the food catered by Elegant Eating. The appetizers provided were outstanding. The cheese platter was probably one of the bigger hits along with so many others. The main entries of many different dishes were over the top wonderful. What made the night a bucket list moment was the extraordinary servers that went above and beyond for all of our guests. Neil and Judy were fantastic to deal with and proved to us we were in good hands. We will be using Elegant Eating again in the near future and gladly recommend them to anyone looking to cater a large or small gathering. We had 100 guests and merely had to show up and enjoy the party, everything else was handled so efficiently by them.

I have been remisce in sending this email to thank you for the catering for Tom's 50th party. So a few days late. but still thankful the food was delicious!
A crowd favorite were the steak skewers. And I will say the best advice was from Neil to put the antipasto cheese on the Rosemary bread afterwards .toasted. it was absolutely delicious and I ate too much of it!
Thank you again for the great food, the ice, the advice on what to serve.

I just need to say that Judy is so far beyond expectations! There are people who will call Elegant Eating as a result of Judy’s presentation. She thinks and moves faster than seems humanly possibly. Speaks highly of every aspect of Elegant Eating. I feel I need to thank her more personally for all she did and how she was able to deal with the children included in this party!

As I told Neil in our phone conversation today, the Passover food I got from Elegant Eating was absolutely delicious! Two of my family members are strictly vegan and they (and all!) loved the autumn bisque, the ambrosia brussels sprouts and the roasted broccoli and cauliflower. And they went crazy for your hummus and eggplant salad. They said it was the best they ever tasted! As for those of us who eat EVERYTHING, the short ribs and apricot kugel were standouts and your chicken soup and matzoh balls were incredible! (Everyone always loves mine, but yours is so much better - I already discussed this with you, Neil!!!)
Myra and Neil, you have to know that your food is the BEST! I sing your praises to everyone. You made this holiday so much easier for me and I thank you!

Steven and I wanted to send you a big thank you ! for a Fabulous dinner party last night. The food was absolutely delicious and thank you for adding several items for us which we could not get over. Everyone was bowled over with the quality of the food and the presentation.
We also need to thank Diane F. and Roberto V.- they are just so nice and professional; they took over our kitchen and did their thing and I really felt like a guest as they took care of everything! Dear Neil and Myra,
You are one of my New Year’s resolutions. I am finally getting the pen to paper. My original plan was to comment on everything in the order of their popularity. This wouldn’t work because too many things took first place. The turkey was so moist and delicious. The mashed potatoes with sautéed onions and gravy were devoured. The triple berry sauce was outstanding. The stuffing and vegetables got rave reviews.
My Daughter-In-Law wants the ambrosia roasted Brussels sprouts with pecans for her birthday. My older daughter, Denise called me when she was making a turkey – “Do you think I could call Neil and ask him how to make it so moist?” It was such a pleasure to reheat everything according to your directions. We avoided all the shopping and preparation. I am sure I would have spent much more if I had done everything myself. There was more than enough for fifteen people. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy. I am convinced that this is the way to do a holiday.

I can not tell you just how awesome last night was!!!
The food, the service, IMPECCABLE!! Everyone is talking about what a huge success it was. You will certainly have new clients from last night! I can not say enough about the service too. Linda was AWESOME!!! She was great with the guests, she took coats, was making drinks. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Roberto, the chef. The kitchen was left SPOTLESS!! He too was AMAZING!!!
