Dearest Myra,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for assisting me to create a Surprise 55th Birthday party that amazed my beloved Frank as well as all of our guests. Every second of the evening was exciting, engaging, entertaining and memorable. Our guests were so impressed with the high level of professionalism, warmth and truly exquisite elegance that flowed throughout your venue.
The experience of cooking together was so much fun! In addition to learning so many new tips and cooking techniques, our group enthusiastically and happily co-created a four course meal that was literally a feast for the palate as well as the eyes! You and your incredible staff helped Frank's 55th Birthday to be one he will remember forever.
We look forward to booking another event at your venue in the future. And please know that I have and will continue to recommend Elegant Eating as the perfect venue for extraordinary events!

I don't even know where to begin explaining how great my Mother's 90th birthday turned out. First of all Myra played a huge part helping me with the menu and how much to order. Luis and Judy were perfect and fun! They took control and made my guests feel completely comfortable. I did not have to lift a finger. They fit right in and made the party perfect. A big thank you and hugs to all at Elegant Eating. Oh and the food was perfect too!!!

John and I wish to extend our deepest gratitude to you and your staff for helping us host a beautiful and delicious summer evening last night. We know our planning was basically last minute- but all thanks to you, every detail executed made it feel as if we had planned the event for months.
We were thrilled to see Luis who in fact was here for my 50 th birthday a few years ago! Luis and Marisol both are equally amazing. True professionals who felt like family. I had to hug each one before they left.
Our friends complimented every bite and all asked who our wonderful caterer was. I proudly and confidently gave them the name Elegant Eating! One of our good friends was especially wowed and told me she is surely going to contact you for their future parties.
Finally, thank you for the shrimp and noodles treat! We all loved them and that was such a nice addition to our cocktail hour.
