They were attentive to all of the guests and did a great job with setting up, serving and cleaning up. I gave your name out to many people and look forward to using you again. The food was talked about the next day. The nacho shooters were a big hit, the lobster rolls were the best we have ever had - so many big chunks of lobster meat! We took the leftovers to the ocean the next day!! What a treat! The watermelon and goat cheese canapes were so refreshing. Everyone loved the ice cream soda floats and chocolate chip cookies and milk, and the fruit cups all went quickly! I thought I would have a lot of leftovers, but I had 20 kids stay into the night and they polished off the rest! Sliders and pulled pork were a hit!! And although I didn't taste them, I overheard someone say that it was the best grilled cheese he ever had! I didn't know you could do that with grilled cheese. Also, the tent company you recommended were very professional. The tents were beautiful and everyone commented on how pretty they were. Thank you for such a wonderful job. The food was amazing and the staff was top notch (and you were so right re:the number of staff). The only thing that could have been better was the weather :-) Even in the rain, the staff knew exactly what to do in order for the event to be successful indoors.
