I just wanted to tell you how great the food was last Friday at my daughter's graduation party. Everything was beautiful, and delicious. I also cannot say enough to compliment your staff. They were amazing. First they rearranged the backyard when rain looked imminent, and then when it became apparent that we needed to move inside, they relocated the entire event without missing a beat. I had 75-80 people in house the first 2 hours and they served drinks, passed food and kept everyone comfortable in a venue that wasn't set up for 75 people! They were all so efficient and professional that we didn't panic about the rainstorm.

Please thank them all again for me.

Thank you Thank you. It was such a pleasure being with all of you. You never cease to amaze us with your warm caring personalities!!

First of all the Food Network chefs have nothing over you and your staff. We feel like we learned so much and had such fun recreating your delicious dishes.

We finished up the remainder of our goodies a little while ago. We are so excited about trying the new recipes for friends and family! I know when people see how much fun we had and how you make cooking look so easy your phone will be ringing like crazy!

Also am anxious to receive Pete's recipe for the cod fish and fantastic sauce when available. If possible we both would also like to have the mixture used withy the Panko breadcrumbs. Thanks again.

After spending over 40 St Patrick's Days in Ireland I decided to celebrate this one in New York with friends and family. I have to admit, and I've already disclosed this to my poor mother, that your corned beef and cabbage were undoubtedly the best I've ever tasted.

Your staff, Judy and Roberto, were exceptional! There was no detail too small that it missed their attention. The food was fabulous, the presentation was first rate, and knowing that our party was in safe hands and that we could relax and enjoy ourselves was simply priceless!

Our friends are already suggesting that we host another party almost immediately - even suggesting that April Fools should be a holiday! ;-)

Dear Myra,

The meal was really terrific! Everything was so delicious; everyone was happy, and I had a lovely time. I am so happy that you were able to be the essence of the celebration: top notch food, with everything manageable and easy to translate from your kitchens to my guests.

I cannot tell you what I, and the members of my family, liked best because everything was so good--that is really the best compliment to you and your company. I will mention just a couple of notables: in addition to the beef and fish being perfect, the sauces were really excellent. I love the cherry sauce with the beef, and you will recall that I was having a difficult time a priori imagining that sauce. I loved both of the sauces with the fish--very nice. I put the red pepper sauce on the serving platter and it looked very pretty--I enjoyed both sauces, as did my family. I could go on and on--of special note is a comment of my niece's daughter, age 8: the brie puffs with raspberry sauce were "to die for". Also-- an unusual occurrence, even the children loved the salad--I served it first. The desserts were also very nice, and I wound up sending my niece's family home with not only some of the extra "regular" food, but also with the remaining cake--just could not ignore the covetous looks of the children.

So, Myra, the point of all this is that you made a huge "difference"--a qualitative, not quantitative difference. I would not have done this party without you, for sure, and everyone had such a nice time. That, I hope, will make you feel very happy--making a difference for people is, in my view, the definition of success.

I look forward to enjoying your talents in the future. Now I can see my way clear to entertaining again, as I did when I was younger, but doing so according to a plan that makes so much more sense for me at this stage of my life.

Best to you for a very good season and a very happy and peaceful New Year.

Aaron and I want to thank you and your wonderful staff - Diane, Craig, Heidi and Barbara - for providing us with an absolutely amazing graduation party for our son, Brett. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious and exquisitely presented the food was, and how expert the service was. Most importantly, Brett said it was everything and more than he had hoped for, and his friends were equally delighted and amazed.

On August 7th, our children hosted a 50th wedding anniversary party for us, and you, together with our daughter, Phyllis were responsible for putting together a most amazing menu. Every single guest commented not only on the quality of the cuisine, but on the presentation and uniqueness of the menu. The appetizers were spectacular; the Garden Franks in wheat grass, the Brie Purses with Raspberry Sauce, the Mini Crab Cakes, the Noodle Mini boxes the Vegetable Dumplings.goodness where they impressive. And then there was the Entree - beautifully displayed Beef Tenderloin, Teriyaki Salmon, Watermelon Peach Feta Salad - just to name a few of the outstanding hits of the evening.

I cannot leave without commenting on the wonderful wait staff, kitchen staff and Luis, the bartender. They were friendly, efficient, and unobtrusive. They took over the kitchen when they got there, and when they left, the only trace of there having been a fabulous celebration was the afterglow of a successful party.

Food is always the most important element in any party, and we want to thank you for making ours so memorable.
