Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for helping to make our party extra special. Cary was wonderful guiding me through options and helping me make the best choices. All I had to do was fill her in on the theme and experience I wanted to achieve and she took right over in her guiding and thoughtful style. Linda S. was truly my partner and made everything go ever so smoothly. She worked the party like the true professional she is. Our guests marveled at her dedication and efforts. She made it so easy for me and took care of everyone's needs so elegantly. She is a true asset to your company. Now on to the food. Everything was so delicious. The hits were -- the balsamic chicken cutlets, the grazing platter, sesame chicken cups, and Myra's chocolate chip cookies. Everyone also enjoyed the strawberry watermelon beverage.

We just wanted to “Thank You” for all of your recommendations and patience preparing for the engagement party. The day could not have gone any better. The weather cooperated which was great but the food and service was outstanding. Our guests were amazed (still receiving compliments) on how attentive the staff was, they didn’t miss anything. The food was incredible just as you said it would be. As you know we have partnered with Elegant Eating a number of times, attended other events where elegant catered and when we think it can’t get any better, it does!

My wife and I thank you for doing a wonderful job with our party last night. The food was incredible – from the sliders and chicken/waffle baskets all the way to the homemade lemonade – everything was great and the service team of Luis, Marisol and Xavier was top notch. We couldn’t be happier with everything that you did in setting up and providing for a great event.
We are so happy our niece is working with you for her wedding at our house on October 9th. We will absolutely recommend to her to make a request to work with Luis and his family. They couldn’t have done a better job – they were simply fantastic.

The lawn party last night for our Stony Brook University recruit went spectacularly well.
The staff were professional and tremendously helpful, the food was absolutely wonderful, and the presentation delightful.
We had rave reviews about the vegetarian strudel, Thai orange salmon, breads, desserts, etc.
I will definitely be working with Elegant Eating catering again.
